Pengembalian dan penukaran gratis! Untuk mengembalikan atau menukar barang yang dibeli di DTEX Apparel, ikuti langkah-langkah mudah berikut :

Free returns and exchanges! To return or exchange an item purchased at DTEX Apparel, follow these easy steps:

After you confirm, the team will immediately contact you via telephone/WhatsApp by means of the phone number listed in your order details to ensure that the Return Requirements on the product you confirm are complete, such as product tags that are still hanging and products that have not been used/ washed, then will provide exchange/return procedures.

3. Attach Return Label Next, prepare your package to be sent back to us. Make sure the Product, the product tag that is still hanging and the return procedure form you insert in the package.
